Position: LPN - (LTC)
Length: 13 weeks contract
Shift: 5X8 –Days – 6A-2:30P
Start:2 Weeks from offer

PAY BREAKDOWN:
Weekly Gross: $2000/week
Hourly Blended: $50per hour
Weekly Taxable: $550 Per Week
Weekly Stipend: $1450 Per Week
OT Rate: $ 56.87

REQUIREMENTS:
Note: 50 Miles Radius, Need Traveler
Need Active VT License or Compact Required /LPN license
Active AHA BLS & Covid Required
At least 1 year of experience as in Long Term care
